This Duffys Forest residential project features electric in-screed underfloor heating installed across multiple internal zones. The heating cables were carefully laid and secured to follow the room layouts while maintaining clearances around walls, fixtures and floor penetrations. Once covered by the screed layer, the system provides discreet and evenly distributed warmth beneath the finished floor.
